Director’s Profile

Vignesh Naidu
(Chief Executive Officer)

A corporate strategist with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity and investments, Vignesh has strategically positioned f3capital as an investor and developer with a focus in unlocking strategic pocket land banks belonging to GLCs within the Klang Valley.

During his tenure with a leading private equity firm in Switzerland, he successfully initialized, structured and managed key investment projects involving both public sector and the private sector companies in the US, Western Europe, Central Africa, India, China and South East Asia.

Vignesh was instrumental in identifying, structuring and securing the bid for The Avare KLCC Project in partnership with Telekom Malaysia Berhad in 2005. The success of The Avare KLCC Project enabled him to continue to identify strategic land banks in the Greater Kuala Lumpur area for development which has led him to the subsequent projects being undertaken by the f3 Group.

Apart leading the team at f3capital, Vignesh is an active participant in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and Private Finance Initiative (PFI) Projects with the Government of Malaysia and serves as Strategic Advisor to public and private companies in Malaysia and the region.

Kevin Quah
(Chief Operating Officer)

Armed with 21 years of experience in the property market and sharp business acumen, Kevin is at the helm of branding, strategic marketing and project management for f3capital projects.

Kevin’s knowledge and experience extends over a wide range of project management, international property investment and marketing projects with a trail blazing record through his involvement with the Lion Group, IOIProperty and MRCB.

Some of the projects successfully planned, managed and launched by Kevin in recent years include KL Sentral, The Avare KLCC and Menjalara18 Residences.

Kevin is a B. Maths (Honours) graduate from University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. His on-going success in property landscape is fueled by his passion and fascination with real estate.

Low Kim Lan
(Chief Financial Officer)

A highly motivated self-starter with a passion for intellectual challenge and commitment to excellence, Kim has amassed more than 20 years of property experience in the areas of project evaluation, financial planning, cashflow management, project financing structure and investment strategy.

Kim plays a pivotal role in charting f3capital’s strategic and financial growth. She is hands on in the financial management and day-to-day operations of the Group and is also instrumental in securing creative financial solutions to springboard the Group to its next level of growth.

An accountant by profession, Kim is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Since leaving Price Waterhouse Coopers, Kim was focused in charting a career specializing in the property industry. She went into the property foray with development projects handled by E&O Berhad, MRCB, Kuala Lumpur Sentral and those undertaken and consulted by f3capital.
